Tunkers offers a range of compact, pneumatic toggle lever units to generate the forces necessary for a variety of punching, joining and embossing applications. These units offer an alternative to conventional hydraulic or other C-frame press construction for clean, compact installations.
These units are supplied fully tooled for the process, with or without contoured supports. Punching capacity is material to 4mm thick and holes equivalent to dia 35mm (round, square, rectangular, oval etc).
Ideal for piercing holes into semi-finished assemblies, clinching & self-piercing nuts (as alternative to spot welding or other joining techniques) and embossing processes.
