The range of Siegel rotary and shuttle pallet changers from Macro-Tool of the USA provide a simple, manual machine that mechanizes pallet changing and transfer on machining centres.
Siegel pallet systems are especially useful for larger pallets with heavy workpieces and provide a convenient work station where workpieces can be loaded and finished parts unloaded, without interruption to the machining cycle.
Registration accuracy is 2.5 microns and cycle time is 20 seconds.
Rotary Pallet System is available in one size.
Shuttle Pallet System is available in two sizes.
