Hainbuch GmbH offers a range of high precision, high performance expanding mandrels for turning, machining and general workholding applications.
Designed for precision internal clamping of workpieces, the Hainbuch range of expanding mandrels offers a solution for every application where accuracy and rigidity are required.
The range includes;
Mando for lathe work uses quick-change segmented clamping bushes and is available in 4 sizes 20mm to 100mm diameter. These units can be fitted with an end stop and have a pull-back action for accurate, rigid clamping.
Stationary Mandrel for milling and machining centres etc uses quick-change segmented clamping bushes and is available in 4 sizes covering the clamp range 20mm to 80mm diameter. These units can be fitted with end stops and have a pull-back action for accurate, rigid clamping.
Mandrex Cartridges are used for clamping out of round workpieces.
Mando-Adapt is an optional quick change system that converts Hainbuch collet chucks into expanding mandrels.
B-Top Jaw Chuck is a new combination collet chuck, jaw chuck and expanding mandrel available in 4 sizes (165mm to 315mm diameter).
